Transaction Error and Balance difference

Good day core team,
I have issues with my Sidra account
The available balance on my account is different from my wallet balance.
I have been seeing 40.3SDA on my available balance and it has remained so for the past weeks and each time I tried sending SDA to another wallet, I keep receiving and ERROR message and FAILED TRANSACTION.
Please kindly help me rectify it as I am fully verified.
