I hope you are doing well. I created my account on Sidra Chain last year and completed my KYC verification soon after. However, my KYC status is still pending, while others who applied later have already been verified.
I would also like to mention that during the KYC process, I helped many users by guiding them, even visiting their homes to assist with their verification—investing my own time and resources without any personal gain. Additionally, when Sidra Chain introduced the referral system, I referred 12 users before the update and 6 users afterward.
Given my active contribution to the platform, I kindly request you to review my case and update my KYC status at the earliest. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated.
