Urgent: Pending KYC Verification for My Friend
Dear Sidra Chain Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding my friend, Umair Hashmi, who has been facing an issue with his KYC verification. I personally created his account and assisted with his KYC submission last year. However, his verification is still pending, even though my own KYC (and many others who applied later) has already been approved.
Umair has actively contributed to the Sidra Chain community. During the KYC process, he helped many users by guiding them, even visiting their homes to assist with their verification—investing his own time and resources without any personal benefit. Additionally, when the referral system was introduced, he had already referred 12 users before the update and 6 users afterward.
Given his dedication and contributions, it is disappointing that his KYC verification is still pending. I kindly request you to review his case and update his status as soon as possible. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be highly appreciated.
