Challenge Against Un-Islamic Mandatory 100 SDA Charges
To: SidraClubs Management
Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,
I write to strongly challenge your decision to make the payment of 100 SDA compulsory for every client after verification. This policy is against the principles f Islam and falls into injustice (zulm).
Islamic Grounds for Objection:
- Qur’an forbids injustice and compulsion in wealth matters
Allah (SWT) says:
“Do not consume one another’s wealth unjustly…” (Qur’an 4:29)
“And Allah does not like the wrongdoers.” (Qur’an 3:57)
Forcing people to surrender 100 SDA without free will or Shari’ah justification is consuming their wealth unjustly.
- Oppression is Haram in Islam
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Beware of oppression (zulm), for oppression will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection.” (Sahih Muslim 2578)
By enforcing this compulsory payment, SidraClubs risks falling into oppression against its own clients.
- No Compulsion Except by Right
The Prophet ﷺ also said:
“The wealth of a Muslim is not lawful except by his consent.” (Musnad Ahmad, Sunan al-Bayhaqi)
This 100 SDA charge clearly violates the principle of consent.
Your Contradictions and Responsibility:
Are you not the one who said every user is validating 10 Sidra tokens during mining, and yet you take 8 SDA and only give the user 2 SDA as reward? Are you not the one directly responsible for verifying people?
In spite of this, you are now charging 100 SDA per client again? This is absolute injustice. You claim your system and token are Shariah-compliant, but your actions prove otherwise — you are not following Shariah at all.
Aljifairi, are you not the one who said 1 SDA is more than 1 US dollar? If we assume each SDA is equivalent to 1 USD, do you mean each client will pay $100 only for verification? What kind of project is this? This is clearly exploitation, not empowerment.
It is your responsibility to verify clients. These companies are working for you to reduce your burden. By right, you should be paying them, not forcing the clients to pay, and yet you still enforce the collection of 100 SDA from every user. This is undeniably wrong and oppressive.
Our Demands:
Immediate explanation and evidence for the Islamic or legal basis of this mandatory charge.
Immediate review and removal of this practice since it has no Shari’ah legitimacy.
Assurance that clients will not be forced into financial exploitation in the future.
If SidraClubs insists on continuing this policy, then you are engaging in open injustice and cruelty (zulm), which is forbidden and will bring about both worldly and spiritual consequences.
Wassalamu Alaikum Umar Musa
