I am writing to report an ongoing issue with the face verification system. For the past two weeks, my verification has consistently failed, despite using the same face that was successfully accepted during KYC and daily point claims.
Additionally, my balance unexpectedly reduced from 440 Sidra Points to 40 shortly before this problem began.
As a member of the Sidra community since June 2022, I kindly request that this issue be reviewed, as it may be related to the recent system upgrade. I respectfully ask for my account access to be restored and for the verification error to be resolved.
